1. RETURNS
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the product received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify EAZYSUPPLY.CA within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
To report a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team and provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging
• Any relevant shipping information
3. SHIPPING AND TRACKING
All orders shipped by EAZYSUPPLY.CA include tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the status of their shipment using the tracking details provided.
4. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. EAZYSUPPLY.CA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after the carrier’s tracking confirms successful delivery.
5. CHARGEBACKS
By placing an order with EAZYSUPPLY.CA, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy. Any chargeback initiated for an order that has been shipped and/or confirmed delivered by the carrier will be disputed using shipment tracking records, proof of delivery, and related order documentation.
